You may use Ava only if you can legally agree to these terms. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate, protecting your login credentials, and using the service lawfully.

Ava provides cycle tracking, wellness logging, AI-generated information, and educational content. Ava is not a doctor, medical device, diagnosis tool, contraceptive method, or emergency service.

Always seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions, symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, fertility decisions, pregnancy concerns, or emergencies.

The AI Companion can be helpful, but responses may be incomplete or incorrect. You should review AI responses carefully and avoid relying on them as medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice.

Ava may offer free and paid features. Paid subscriptions are billed through Apple where applicable, and Apple manages payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling under its own terms.

Community features are designed to be anonymous, supportive, and safe. Do not post harassment, threats, medical misinformation, personal data, spam, illegal content, or content that exploits or harms others.

We may remove content or restrict access if we believe these rules or applicable laws are violated.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features as Ava evolves. We may also update these terms, and continued use of Ava after changes means you accept the updated terms.
